ModiLoan is incorrectly defined as a lender. We are a loan aggregator and facilitator. We connect users with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approved Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and Banks.
- We do not lend money directly.
- We do not charge any upfront feesย from customers for loan processing.
- We act solely as a bridge between the borrower and the potential lender.
2. No Guarantees
While we strive to connect you with the best loan offers, approval of any loan application is at the sole discretion of the lending partner (NBFC/Bank). ModiLoan does not guarantee loan approval.
3. User Data & Privacy
By using our service, you authorize ModiLoan and its partners to contact you via Phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or Email regarding your loan application, even if your number is registered on the Do Not Disturb (DND) list.
4. Limitation of Liability
ModiLoan shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, or for any rejection of loan applications by lending partners.
